Hungary / Ukraine: Ukraine Road Trip: Day 2 - Львів / Lviv

Our road trip continued and after the morning walk in Sóstóhegy, we moved on. I volunteered as a driver and soon we were on the border Záhony - Chop, cities that are separated with Tisza river, which acts as a border here. We immediately followed Garmin's instructions and the fun on Ukrainian roads / bumps began and we had to prove the locals, that the fastest car is a rental car. After an hour, we were back on the main road passing the Carpathian Mountains next to Latorica river. Soon we were driving on the plains heading towards Lviv, the largest city in western Ukraine.

We settled in our apartment and started exploring the city, named by Daniel of Galicia after his son Leo. Our hungry stomachs led us to one of the best restaurants in town called "Arsenal Ribs & Spirits" and we had the best ribs ever. After dinner we continued to Beer Theater Pravda for a couple of beers with live music.

The main dish – ribs, are sourced from local farmers and prepared fresh on the rotating grill and the queue for the table is managed by a chalkboard table guy and he was really busy.

There is one rule inside this restaurant: no utensils allowed! So we draw our own.

Amazingly delicious

We finished the day in Beer Theater "Pravda"
